      4 minute/ world's fastest workout. I don't think this would be enough on a daily basis, but easy to fit in with my interval treadmill work out or for a busy day when I don't have time to work out. It would at least be something.

      ready fitness go!! Great workout if you do 4 to 5 rounds. Do a circuit for about a half hour. ALL OUT!! 2 minute breaks in between.
