Takes about 30 minutes... Pretty awesome. You could take your favs of this and combine it with glutes and arms... It will create a nice circuit that targets everything.

Plyometrics cardio: perfect hotel room workout - just pack the jump rope and a stopwatch! Repeat circuit for 20 min, take 5 min break and follow with 20 min of full-body moves (think push-ups, tricep dips, mountain climbers, reverse lunges, leg raises, prisoner full squats, planks/side planks with rotation, different crunch variations, prisoner single-leg deadlifts etc)

I used to think I could never run! I am over 40, have had 2 kids, have a really bad back, and horrible joints. My sister inspired me because she started running 5 years ago and looks amazing. I ran through the pain and started at my own pace. I am up to 12 miles a week and climbing. ANYONE can do it!! Just take your time an believe in yourself!
