How To Make Pumpkin Pie Spice Ingredients: 1/4 cup (4 Tbsp.) ground cinnamon 2 Tbsp. ground ginger 4 tsp. ground nutmeg** 2 tsp. ground allspice 2 tsp. ground cloves In a small bowl, whisk together ingredients until well-blended. Store in an air-tight jar. **If using freshly grated nutmeg, you might add slightly less as the flavor can be more intense.
Pumpkin Smoothie: 1/3 cup pumpkin, 1/2 frozen banana, 1/4 cup almond/coconut milk, 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt, 3/4 tsp. vanilla extract, 1 tsp. maple syrup, 3/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice, 4 ice cubes (if needed) - I don't like putting ice in smoothies!
