African wall masks These Masks have a fresher, lighter look that many I've seen.I could easily brighten up some of mine.Used with the Plant, they bring much more life to the room than the heavy, dark, that is usually expected from the African Masks.

PS: Between all the colors, patterns, and textures, it can be hard to make a bohemian space look cohesive. How do you pull everything together? JB: I think that paying attention to an overarching color palette helps with cohesion. In my living room, I use a lot of different colors, but the overall vibe is very orange. If you pay attention to the colors that you add and make sure they are within the same color family, you'll start to see that everything works well together. Source: Bret Gum

African Influence... When emulating an African vibe in any room your base color should always be brown. However, if you wish to add a contemporary twist to your interior then incorporate one slice of vibrant color. In the image above you can see how a splash of bright yellow really brings the rest of the room alive – it brings out the intricate carvings of the African wall masks fantastically. A luscious big green plant can add color and liveliness in a more tamed manner...
