Root Beer Float Popsicles - Makes 6-8 popsicles. 1 cup of root beer, 1 – 2 cups of vanilla ice cream. open root beer the night before you make these so that there is no carbonation. Scoop a few spoonfuls of ice cream into each mold and fill with root beer, leaving about 1/2 inch at the top. They will expand a bit in the freezer. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze until solid.
