Skinny Green Monster Smoothie. I have been drinking these almost every mornign since January. I use regular peanut butter, 1/2 cup of vanilla almond milk, spinach (2-3 cups), 1 cup frozen strawberries, 1 tbsp hemp hearts and banana (mango when I can find nice ones!) Five servings of fruits and veg first thing in the morning!!

Skinny Green Monster Smoothie •1 small frozen ripe banana, peeled •2 cups baby spinach •1 tbsp Better n Peanut Butter •3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk •1/2 cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt (I used Chobani) Directions: Place all the ingredients into the blender, add ice (optional) and blend until smooth.
