Zucchini "Pasta" with Garlic & Olive Oil: True, you can make this with regular ol’ pasta if that’s your thing. Since I’m gluten-free, I make my own pasta using raw zucchini and a Julienne Slicer for a delicious pasta-like meal that gives me some extra nutrients from the veggies. Of course, you can also add in some cooked chicken if you like a little extra protein with your pasta. Enjoy this as a part of my PiYo Meal Plan! Recipe here…
