Here's a healthy twist on shrimp scampi. We left out the butter and loaded the dish up with red peppers and asparagus for a refreshing spring meal. Made this super awesome shrimp recipe on 4/17/2014. Very very good. I used moscato as my wine and used half and half instead of lite creme. Highly recommend.
