Orange Rolls - ¼ c warm water + 1 T yeast, set aside for 5 min. ½ cup melted butter + ¾ cup milk. ½ cup sugar + 3 eggs+ ¾ tsp salt, add to butter and milk. Then add yeast + 2 c flour, mix. Add 3 c flour, 1 c at a time. Cover, refridge overnight. Roll out, spread orange filling. Orange filling- 1/2 c melted butter, 1 c sugar, zest &juice from 1 orange. Bake15 min at 375°.
