A delicious way to add chia seeds into your diet and satisfy a sweet tooth! Rocky Road Chia Seed Pudding * 1 cup almond milk * 4 tbsp of chia seeds * 2 tbsp PB2 (powdered peanut butter) or regular peanut butter * 2 tsp cocoa powder * drizzle of maple syrup * dash of cinnamon 1. Put all ingredients in a jar and shake vigorously. 2. Place in the refrigerator for one hour minimum. I typically return and re-shake a time or two then let sit overnight. Enjoy!
