This was breakfast today - Super Yum Yum! In a shallow microwave-safe bowl, combine 2 tbsp water, 1 tsp honey, 1/8 tsp cinnamon; add 1 large sliced baking apple. Microwave 2 minutes; stir; microwave until apple is soft, 1 minute. Top apple mixture with 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt; sprinkle with 2 tbsp chopped pecans.
