Thai Yellow Curry Spice Blend. - 1 tablespoon cumin - 1 tablespoon cinnamon - 1 tablespoon ground ginger - 1 tablespoon turmeric - 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper - 2 teaspoons ground coriander - 2 teaspoons fennel seeds - 2 teaspoons white pepper - 1 teaspoon garlic powder - 1 teaspoon cardamom - 1 teaspoon mace.
