2 lb Brussel Sprouts 4 tbsp olive oil 5 cloves garlic, minced 1 lemon, juiced and zested 3 tbsp gruyere, grated s heat oil and saute sprouts for minutes over med-high; add garlic half way through; reduce to low and add other ingredients; top with cheese
Garlic Roasted Zucchini: 2 zucchini, olive oil, salt, pepper, rosemary, garlic. Cut zucchini into pieces and combine in zip lock bag with garlic, enough olive oil to coat, salt, pepper and rosemary and squish to mix.
