Strawberry Kiwi Green Smoothie 1-2 tablespoons flaxseeds 2 cups fresh organic spinach 1 cup wheatgrass 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or other non-dairy milk) 2 cups frozen strawberries 2 whole fresh kiwis sweetener (optional - I don't use any, but you may want to if you are still getting used to green smoothies. This simple Green Smoothie is a great way to incorporate more fruits and vegetables into your diet. One pinner said I promise it is delicious and nutritious! 1 large orange (peeled and segmented), 1/2 of a large banana (sliced), 6 large strawberries, 2 cups spinach, 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt (I use Chobani 0%), 1 cup ice. Put all of the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
