Tunnel of Fudge Cake.....The originator of the Tunnel of Fudge Cake recipe was a woman named Ella Helfrich, who entered this chocolate cake recipe into the Pillsbury Bake-Off in 1966. The recipe nabbed a 2nd place prize, but the cake (along with the Bundt pan) ended up being an overnight sensation. Cooks everywhere wanted to buy the pan and make the recipe.
Gooey and ridiculously rich, these caramel fudge brownies feature a layer of oozing caramel baked on top of a decadent chocolate chip brownies. Resistance is pointless.
