Being on a low carb lifestyle, this was a perfect recipe for us to try. I had everything on hand but had only 1/2 pound sausage, which I used. It was so wonderful-the creaminess of the sauce made from the cream cheese was great! We will be enjoying this recipe weekly-thank you for giving us something new and wonderful to eat for dinner.
