baked teriyaki chicken thighs. Made this the other night. Very simple and a big hit with everyone in the family. I took some suggestions in the comment section, including doubling the sauce, so I had sauce left over to saute some steamed vegetables and cashews in. I used boneless/skinless thighs and cooked covered in sauce (did not bother with basting) for about 30 minutes, then removed foil to bake about 25 more minutes.
