    Savory Crab Dip Mince 1/2 onion & 3 cloves garlic. Saute on low heat 5 mins. Add 2 stalks of finely chopped celery and saute til onions begin to caramelize. 3. Add 2 cans lump crab meat and 1/2 cup chopped artichoke hearts. Add 1/3 cup chopped green onion and juice of 1/2 lemon. Saute for 2 mins. Transfer from pan to bowl. Add 1 pkg softened cream cheese & 1/2 cup mayonnaise. Stir & add 1 cup cheese, S & Old Bay. Top w/1/4 cup breadcrumbs in 2T butter. Bake 375F 15 mins.

baked Crab & Artichoke Dip. very good!! i used shredded mozzerella and it was a cheesy goodness! i topped it with four cheese blend and parm and more mozz! i thought the bundle of onions was a lot but it was just perfect! i used sour cream and 1/3 less fat cream cheese. everyone loved it! 5/5
