Easy Crockpot Chicken and Stuffing. I used regular Cream of Chicken the first time and it came out a little salty but still yummy. 2nd time I used low fat Cream of Chicken and Mrs. Cubbison's stuffing that has no seasoning. It was yummy but a little bland. So next time I will try a few seasonings from my cupboard and maybe some onion and celery. Family loves it!

5-Star*****Carnitas..this smells unbelievable in the CROCKPOT. It is So delicious..read directions carefully-uses a 4-5lb. pork shoulder or butt, but once you shred it and remove most of the fat, it's enough for a meal with leftovers, even better the next day! My daughter asks for this...and brings friends!
