This simple, repetitive Readers’ Theatre or Play is great for beginning French speakers in Primary immersion. Children will love to learn vocabulary about Canadian wildlife and their sounds.  This resource could be used during Hallowe’en for it would give the students a chance to dress up in non-scary apparel.  Alternatively it could be used during S.S.'s Canadian Provinces or with the Science unit - Characteristics of Living Things. Tips for presenting and mask-making are included.
