My favorite whey protein supplement. Vanilla ice cream flavor is great and mixes well. We make a daily, morning smoothie. Add 1 banana, frozen pineapple chunks and frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries) with water and a scoop of protein. Delicious and you keep calories down by using water rather than fruit juice, plus you're getting a great serving of vitamin-packed fruits.
