Sliced apple with Truvia and Cinnamon. Great, healthy snack. Bake at 180 deg C for 30 mins then turn down to 150 for a further 25-30 mins. The Truvia caramelises and you end up with a lovely Toffee-apple taste. Make sure you leave to cool on wire rack for 15 mins after to allow the apples to crisp up.
