Aderezo fresco - Jugo de 1 limón entero - 2 dientes de ajo picados - 100 ml de aceite de oliva virgen extra - 1 cucharada de perejil - 1 cucharadita de eneldo - ¼ de cucharadita de sal - ¼ de cucharadita de pimienta
Greek Dressing ~ So good you could drink it straight ~ 1 cup olive oil , 1 cup red wine vinegar , 2 1/2 tsp. garlic powder, 2 1/2 tsp. dried oregano, 2 1/2 tsp. dried basil, 2 tsp. pepper, 2 tsp. salt, 2 tsp. onion powder, 2 tsp. Dijon-style mustard Mix together and shake well. Store at room temperature tightly covered.
Homemade lemon vinagrette, only six ingredients and one bowl. I used equal amounts of lemon juice and oil. I don't like dressing to be too oily. It was great. I really enjoyed my salad at lunch today. I will make it again. Keeper.
