on my head as I type. I substituted coconut for olive oil and coconut cream instead of heavy cream.

My once a week conditioner. Works wonders and smells delicious. #haircare #conditioner

Make your own herbal conditioner. I have tried this (or close to this) and can vouch for it. My hair was immediately softer even after the first vinegar rinse (and that was just dilute distilled vinegar). I follow it by rubbing 5 drops jojoba and 5 drops lavendar e.o. between my hands and then stroking my hair. (keeps the static down, among other things.)

Baking Soda Cleansing 1 quart boiling water 1/4 c. baking soda Add the soda to the water and mix or shake until dissolved. Cool prior to use. Apply liberally to hair and scalp, shaking first if necessary. Massage into scalp and hair then rinse well.

Chocolate Hair Smoothie is the best conditioner for natural hair.

I've tried this a few times and always with much success. Hair is so soft and healthy after this treatment. I freeze mine and reuse. Also I tweak it a little by adding other ingredients like coconut milk and some essential oils❤️

What is the process to use these? do you mix them all together or use them one at a time?

  • Emilie Obas

Good question. I mix them all together, blend, strain then a apply liberally. I cover my hair with a plastic cap under a hooded hair dryer for 20-30 min.

You definitely want to make sure you strain otherwise you'll have bits of food particles in your hair that may be a nuisance to remove.

Thank you I'm going to try it
