Pioneer Woman Sour Cream Noodle Bake. YUM. Made last night (and put another in the freezer for later). We really liked this. It's simple and comforting, will definitely make again. (I also added some red pepper flakes and some garlic powder to the sauce).
Sour Cream Noodle Bake. This is in our regular meal rotation. I didn't like the No Yolks egg noodles, so I use a whole wheat version of egg noodles. I also don't layer it as PW does, just mix all the ingredients together and pour into a baking dish.
Sour Cream Noodle Bake. Made this tonight. Very good. When I make it again, I'll have more sour cream and cottage cheese, and that second layer of cheese is a must. I forgot to put cheese in the middle and I really missed it. Excellent and cheap meal.
