Fried Pecan Okra MyRecipes.com - I read the lone (bad) review on MyRecipes by someone who never fried before - this recipe uses a dry coating with no egg wash and calls for frozen whole (or sliced) Okra, reviewer used fresh and couldn't understand why crust fell right off...Obviously, if you have fresh, you'll have to adjust the recipe as I will - I like the idea of the nuts.
