I have never had a Coney Island hot dog, Poutine, Red Velvet anything and really? I haven't had a hamburger in years. It's not because I am better than anyone it is because I value my health and fitness and know the effort it takes to reverse an indulgence. Not worth it :)
I've added morning workouts to my schedule and I feel it has many benefits- I start my day off on a healthy note, I feel more awake by the time I get to my desk, I pick out my work clothes the night before (which means I take a lot less time getting ready in the morning), and I'm relying less and less on caffeine to perk me up!
