Crustless Broccoli and Cheese Quiche Recipe 2T olive oil 1/2C onion 1clove garlic 5 C broccoli 1.25C milk 1C swiss cheese 2T parsley 2t dijon salt & pepper 1/8t nutmeg 4 egg white & 2 eggs beaten lightly 1T parmesan Saute oinon, garlic. add broccoli. Put mixture into 9" pie plate. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over broccoli. Bake 350º for 40min.
