Banana Bars with Cream Cheese Frosting:: YUM. I did tweak the frosting a bit... I had only 2/3 a block of cream cheese, and used only 3/4 stick butter and 1.5 cups powdered sugar. (Also added a tablespoon or so of heavy cream because I had it.) next time I will add more cream cheese and maybe cut the sugar back even more.
