A Million Little Pieces by James Frey. While this was originally promoted as a true story, it later came out that this is a memoir and possibly embellished either due to the drug use or a warped recollection. Regardless, I thought it gave us an in-depth glimpse into the world of an addict and I respect his recovery and ability to put it in writing.
