The Goonies (1985)

The Goonies - It's taken my till the age of 26 to see this classic kids film, and I certainly would have loved it as a child. Felons, pirates, gold, skeletons, family drama, romance, comedy all elements make this a thoroughly enjoyable movie which I will one day share with my kids.

Thank you Joe McElhaney for teaching me to appreciate film history! I detect at the very least an homage to Umberto D in this film, and I am grateful for films that are driven by image evocation!
