Babylonian Map - This artifact was discovered in Iraq close to the Euphrates river in the late 1800s and first published (or written about) in 1899. It has been dated to around 600 BCE. This was the oldest known map for several decades until the Nippur map. The Babylonian Map is currently in the British Museum as far as I know.

Adolphe Saalfeld was a perfume maker from Manchester, England. At the age of 47, he boarded Titanic as a first-class passenger. He carried with him a leather satchel filled with perfume samples. He may have planned to sell his perfumes to fashion boutiques and department stores in New York Adolphe Saalfeld survived the sinking but left his samples behind. Of the 65 vials that Saalfeld packed in his luggage, 62 have been recovered. These perfume vials have never been on public display.
