Simply wrap foil around ice cream cones to create pastry molds. Spritz with baking spray, wrap with Puff Pastry and bake. Once cool, pop the Puff Pastry cones from their molds and fill to your heart’s desire.
1 Can of Pineapple Tidbits 3 Egg Yolks 2T White Sugar 2T Vinegar-White Dash Salt 1T Butter 1 Jar Drained Maraschino Cherries 1 Can Mandarin Oranges- Drained 2C Mini Marshmallows 1C Whipped Cream- Whipped Reserve 2T Syrup in top of double boiler Beat egg yolks add syrup/sugar/vinegar/salt/butter Place on stove until sauce coats spoon Cool Combine fruit & marshmallows Pour custard over & mix gently Fold in whipped cream Refrigerate mix for 24hrs Place into mini bowls Serve immediately
