1 15 oz can White beans
1 Zest of 1 lemon and 1/2 lemon juiced
Baking & Spices
1/2 tsp Kosher salt
1 Pepper, freshly ground
Oils & Vinegars
2 tbsp Olive oil
Nuts & Seeds
2 tbsp Pine nuts, toasted and crushed
about 45-50 basil and baby spinach leaves (any ratio of basil to spinach will work)
