My favorite snack ever! These things are amazing!! So healthy!! No-Bake Energy Bites 1 cup (dry) oatmeal 1/2 cup chocolate chips 1/2 cup peanut butter 1/2 cup ground flaxseed 1/3 cup honey 1 tsp. vanilla.
One Bowl, All Natural, No-Bake Energy Bites Notes: i used almond butter, a combination of brown rice syrup & honey, GF oats, coconut, some sesame seeds, brown rice cereal (nice added crunch!), ground flax seeds, 2.5 tsp vanilla, no salt, cinnamon and cocoa powder, and tried dark chocolate chips chopped - but they didn't stay in the balls very well...
