Homemade, no-bake chocolate protein bars. Used chocolate protein powder, Trader Joe's  natural peanut butter, and Trader Joe vanilla cluster cereal (instead of the oats). I only used 1/2 the amount of protein powder (wasn't sure about the taste) but I will probably use the full amount next time. WAY better tasting than most of the protein bars I have found in stores.

Pumpkin Protein Mug Cake Ingredients - 2 tbsp vanilla protein powder [I used Vega Vanilla Performance Protein] – 2 tbsp pumpkin spice peanut flour [I used MyOatmeal PB Lean but you can sub regular peanut flour] – 2 egg whites – 2 tbsp unsweetened vanilla almond milk – 1 tbsp canned pumpkin [Not pumpkin pie filling!] - 1/2 tsp baking powder – 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice – Pinch of salt
