Freezer Breakfast Sandwiches: Bake eggs in ramekins for 10-12 mins at 350. Layer English muffin with a slice of cheese, 3 slices of ham, and top with egg patty and top. Freeze. Reheat: wrap sandwich in paper towel, microwave 50% power for 1 minute, flip, one more minute.
