Avocado & goat cheese, wrapped in prosciutto Cut 4 peeled & pitted avocados into 10-12 slices, each. Place in medium bowl and gently toss in 1 Tbsp lemon juice. Fill center of each avocado slice with ¼ to ½ tsp goat cheese. Sprinkle w/salt, pepper & chili powder. Wrap each avocado slice w/ 1/3 slice of prosciutto, securing goat cheese in the avocado. Serve.
