Strawberry-Pineapple Daiquiris... 2 (16-oz) bags frozen strawberries,12 oz frozen limeade concentrate, undiluted, 2 (6-oz) cans pineapple juice. Garnish: lime juice and sugar. Combine strawberries, limeade concentrate and pineapple juice in a blender. Cover and process until smooth. Coat rims of glasses with lime juice, and dip in sugar, if desired.
Sparkling White Peach Sangria Ingredients: 1 (750 ml) bottle Riesling, or other white wine of your choice 4 peaches, cut into wedges (about 2 cups) 2 tablespoons sugar (optional) 1/2 cup peach vodka 1 (750 ml) bottle chilled sparkling wine or champagne.
Scooby Snack Shot: 1/2 oz Malibu® coconut rum 1/2 oz creme de bananes 1/2 oz Midori® melon liqueur 1/2 oz pineapple juice 1 1/2 oz whipped cream Pour rum, creme de banane, melon liqueur and pineapple juice into a stainless steel shaker over ice. Add whipped cream, and shake; until well mixed and sufficiently chilled. Strain into an old-fashioned glass and shoot.
