4 Cucumbers or 1 medium english cucumber, mini

2 Lemons, Zest and juice of medium

6 Eggs, hard
Condiments
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/2 cup Greek or kalamata olives
1/2 tbsp Honey
Baking & Spices
1/2 tsp Black pepper, ground
1 tsp Salt, coarse
Oils & Vinegars
1/3 cup Olive oil
