Apple Muffins. These are good. When they say the batter is thick they are not joking, I used my hands to mix in apples. The brown sugar topping makes them messy and they are already very sweet I would just sprinkle a small ammount of brown sugar on top next time. May even do less sugar as recipe mentions in parenthesis.

If you have too many apples and don't know what to do with them, this is a great, easy apple muffin recipe!

Apple Muffins - excellent and very tasty! I reduced the sugar because my apples were already sweet. Did not add the brown sugar on top. The batter was very thick, I had my doubts about them coming out good, but they baked well and had a great flavor.
