This is my favorite! :) Dump 1 envelope of taco seasoning, 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts & a jar of salsa in the crockpot, stir and cook on high(4-6 hrs.) or low(6-8 hrs.) Should be able to shred with a fork. Place meat mixture in tortillas and top with your favorite toppings!
Slow Cooker Tips - How to load a slow-cooker - video - Brown meat 1st. Put whatever is longest to cook on bottom, fresh veggies go in first, then add meat. Only fill crock 1/2 - 2/3 full. If less, food cooks too quickly, too full, food cooks improperly. DON'T lift lid, NOTE: add :20-:30 every time seal is broken, unless adding tender veggies or thawed-frozen veggies. Pour liquid last over top. NOTE: most meat = 8 hours cook time.
