I love this idea: After her high school graduation, a girl's dad handed her "Oh the Places You'll Go," by Dr. Seuss. She smiled when she saw a note from her kindergarten teacher, but was confused. He explained, "Every year for the past 13 years, since the day you started kindergarten, I've gotten every teacher, coach, and principal to write a little something about you inside this #Party Goods

Oh, The Places You'll Go. Got the book and starting it with kindergarten teacher up to senior year! Graduation gift for each of my boys!

A wonderful graduation gift: At the end of each school year, this dad asked his daughter's teacher(s) to write her a letter of encouragement on a page in "Oh, The Places You'll Go". He kept his project a secret for 13 years, then gave it to her as a high school graduation present. Simply incredible.

"Following my high school graduation ceremony my dad handed me a bag with a copy of Oh the Places You’ll Go, by Doctor Seuss inside. I open it up and on the first page I see a short paragraph written by none other than my kindergarten teacher. My dad tells me “Every year, for the past 13 years, since the day you started kindergarten I’ve gotten every teacher, coach, and principal to write a little something about you inside this book."

Great Idea....starting in kindergarten, put the child's graduation date on a large t-shirt and take their picture 1st day of school each year....and at graduation party. Fun!

Very special but I always caution parents (yes I am also a mom) for making their kids feel guilty about growing up.I always cringe when I see parents holding their kids back from growing up because they can't let go.

I have always been enthusiastic about my son starting school. Deep down I was sad but outside I have always been supportive about him growing into his own person and making his own decisions.
