Purple Resolution Smoothie. 2 cups plain or vanilla greek yogurt, 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries, 2 cups fresh or frozen mixed berries (blackberries, strawberries, raspberries, etc.), 1/4 head red cabbage, 1 whole banana (peeled), 1/4 cup honey, 1 cup cranberry or grape juice.
