FRIENDS PLEASE DO NOT TRY THIS DIET!! I am no nutritionist but from reading the comments this is a starvation diet and you are likely to just lose water weight and feel crappy at the end of the 3 days and binge on the 4th and gain it all back. I wish this was titled "Healthy Rules" instead of skinny rules. Also, I don't believe in going to bed hungry (though late-night snacking should be avoided).
The Skinny Rules by Bob Harper. Trying to rationalize the rules of going to bed hungry and sleep well?! This guy must be on some pretty heavy drugs if he sleeps well on an empty stomach!!
The Skinny Rules...Nope! But the Healthy Rules! Yep! I change #7 to no carbs after supper, or 8pm if you're up late.
This shouldn't say "skinny rules". It should be "healthy rules". Never go to bed hungry. Your body will go into starvation mode and make your food that you do eat into fat.
