Robert E. "Bobby" Hutchins (March 29, 1925 - May 17, 1945) was an American child actor who was a regular in the Our Gang short subjects series from 1926 to 1933. A native of Tacoma, Washington, he was given the nickname of Wheezer after running around the studios on his first day so much that he began to wheeze.

The Kid From Borneo Dickie and Spanky overhear that their wild Uncle George is in town with the circus. When the gang goes down to the circus to meet him, they mistake George for the sideshow attraction, the Wild Man of Borneo. He doesn't speak much but they understand his love of food...especially for yum-yums, otherwise known as candy. They bring George home to meet the folks and become frightened when he chases them around the house in hopes of getting some candy.
