I am battling an an injury, right now, but I WILL BE BACK! I CrossFit because, it makes me stronger mentally and physically.

Not just specific to crossfit. Why I work out in general. crossfit is a whole different kind of fitness, and so addictive, but i know my limits and i don't try and defy them, or push myself to the point of injury or over exhaustion.


Cross-fit is a way of life, you eat well, you train hard, you push yourself. It teaches you so much about yourself.
