flashback! I always came home with a few of these missing...lol..

This is the only kind of pony tail holder my mom could use in our hair. We had tons of different colors and then she tied a yarn ribbon around each tail! Our yarn came from Pinkie's Ben Franklin in Ranchmart!

...well, not ALL 8 flavors are delicious--the chocolate and licorice flavors can take a hike, but those purple clove ones? NOW those are worth buying the whole pack for. I still buy these every year to put in the kids' shoes on New Year's Eve (what? Santy Bogus doesn't come to your house on New Year's Eve and leave candy in the shoes by the fireplace? Very common in bedrooms of little girls in the 1970s. Pretty sure I had these in my bedroom or at least some similar. Along with our solid red and blue carpets.

Girl Scout - Brownies I had this exact uniform! troop 181... my favorite piece was the coin pouch on the belt to hold my dues through school until i got to my meeting.
