Sausage and Cream Cheese Breakfast casserole ~ 12 eggs, 1/2 c milk, 1 lb breakfast sausage, 8 oz cream cheese, 2 can 8 oz crescent rolls, 2 c shredded cheddar cheese. Heat oven to 375. Beat eggs & milk, brown sausage. When cooked add cream cheese and stir to combine. Add egg mixture.Take an ungreased 13X9 baking dish and press down 1 can unrolled rolls. Pour egg and sausage mixture on top. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and top with remaining rolls. Bake for 25 minutes.
Breakfast Casserole with Potatoes, Ham, Eggs and Cheese - This is the BEST breakfast casserole ever!! We halved everything and made it in a 9 X 9 but made the whole amount of "gravy" to put on top. I also added mushrooms in with the ham. Super easy and Joe kept commenting on how good it was!
