Mindfulness doesn't work for everyone, but can for many with stress, anxiety or other mental health issues. It is an excellent tool & discipline for focusing the mind, coping at times of crisis, controlling negative thought patterns, and retraining your perspective on life. Mindfulness is a very successful tool along side more traditional forms of therapy.
