There is no one way that is best for everyone. While I appreciate everyone's passion about their foodie lifestyle my experience is everyone is different and has different nutritional needs. I have had clients that were vegetarian and sick. Changing to a animal protein based diet improved their health. And vice versa. You have to do what works for you. I've always been obsessed with my hair and making it healthy. After doing research, I decided to switch all my shampoos and conditioners from chemical based ingredients to all natural ingredients. Today I didn't know how I was going to separate my butt from the couch to do anything - especially pressing play  buuttttt I did it.  When I have my "lady time" I get SO grumpy! Definitely not the time to skip a workout somebody might get stabbed.  Working out is a way for me to release frustrations negative energy and fear based thoughts. Mental health is just as important as physical if not more.  Hopped into my wellness community for some much needed motivation! I do this all of the time…
